Hi there, i'm trying to publish a form, when I use the example forms I don't have any problem but when I try with a new one, I receive this error message "404 - Form not found".

I'd already checked my form against your and everthing is even,

Yes, now it works, but it is because I copied an example form an edit it, so then the system works fine, but when I make a form from zero it doesnt works.
