I have 2 Cache plugins one is from my template do I need to have both of the on?

Russell Winter unless there is a specific recommendation then 15 minutes is reasonable but if your content does not change and you have selected any dynamic/changing modules to not be cached, going up to 30 or 60 minutes may be acceptable
