couple of errors

Hello!

i've installed MDfiles on Joomla 3.5 and it shows me couple of errors

When adding the category i'm getting those on the top of the screen

Notice: Undefined index: show_image in C:\xampp\htdocs\mvd3\administrator\components\com_mdfiles\models\categories.php on line 96

and when i'm trying to see added document on the front end i'm getting this:

any ideas what is that?
